At Zeibun, every product is crafted with the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Because we sell cosmetic, personal care, and skincare products, our return and refund policy follows strict safety and hygiene regulations to ensure that every customer receives fresh, uncontaminated products.

Your trust is our top priority — and your satisfaction matters to us.

Due to the nature of cosmetics and skincare items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or unsealed.

This policy protects all customers by ensuring every Zeibun product remains 100% hygienic, safe, and unused.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product or size.

  • The product was damaged during delivery.

  • You received an expired or defective item.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase and unboxing video/photos must be provided.

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or store credit as applicable.

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The item cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability.

  • The order was cancelled before shipment.

Refunds will be processed through your original payment method or store credit within 7–10 working days after approval.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — only if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Once dispatched, no cancellation or refund is possible.

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact support@zeibun.com within 48 hours.

  • Include your order ID, clear photos, and a short video of the unboxing.

We will investigate and resolve your issue promptly.

For international deliveries, returns and refunds are not available due to cross-border restrictions and customs limitations.
However, our team ensures safe packaging and verified quality before shipment.

Zeibun reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns or refunds that don’t meet the policy conditions.

  • Determine final eligibility after inspecting returned products.

All decisions made by Zeibun’s Customer Care & Quality Assurance Team are final.

Please email support@zeibun.com with:

  • Full name and order ID

  • Photos/videos of the item

  • Reason for return or refund

Once reviewed, our team will respond within 2–3 working days.
